Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. OxyPeps is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

 

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. OxyPeps is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
