If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oxypeptides@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. OxyPeps is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
